Kearny soars over North Bergen into North 1, Group 4 quarterfinals – Boys Soccer recap

Two-seed Kearny, the defending NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 1, Group 4 champion, started its title defense in Kearny with a 5-0 first-round victory over 15-seed North Bergen.
Adryel Garcia Ferreira tallied a game-high two goals for the Kardinals, while Gabe Gomez, Guilherme Xavier and Aaron Ocana each found the back of the net during the victory.
